How to use this manual
Before you troubleshoot, review the How to Troubleshoot.
NOTE:
Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
■ Overview
If the audio unit indicates NG in the A/C diagnosis (the A/C icon is red in the System Links), the audio unit determines an abnormality and stores the DTC.
■ Inspection Outline
- The components to be tested are indicated by a dotted line.
NOTE:
Troubleshoot any DTCs listed or indicated systems below first.

Inspection Items
- a.Climate Control Unit: Do the blower, the heater controls, and the A/C system do not work troubleshooting
- b.External Circuit: BB-CAN_H, BB-CAN_L Open Wire Inspection
b.BB-CAN_H, BB-CAN_L Open Wire Inspection
■ Test Procedure
- Preparation
CAN gateway 40P connector: disconnected
Climate control unit connector A (24P): disconnected - Procedure
Perform the inspection according to the following table.
■ Results
If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
■ Confirmation Procedure
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
